Once you’re subscribed:

Login.

Locate your username and password to access the appropriate portal (e.g., For Homeowners, For Contractors). If you’re a property manager, and have multiple houses subscribed to our service, you’ll need separate logins for each rental asset. 

Explain your needs.

Our online match request form asks specific questions (e.g., location, suspected trade) and provides open fields so you can explain what’s going on. Place quality, speed, and price in a numbered order to share your priorities. If finishing projects quickly is the most important factor, then choose ‘speed’ as #1. If money is a major concern, then choose “price” as #1. For emergencies, can Call 1-888-GET-HELP 24/7/365.

Organize the request.

We’ll review your match request upon receipt. If clarification is needed, then one of our representatives will call you. GO TEAM packages your notes, includes any attachments, and prepares you for a match.

Receive your match(es).

We accurately match you to the right-fit, hyperlocal contractor. This won’t necessarily be the same pro each time. For example, no two plumbing needs are the same, so a different plumber may be recommended each time — even at the same home. We send off your notes, include attachments, and check availability.

Lastly, you receive contact information for your contractor match. Connect directly to set an appointment. For Gold subscribers, we can arrange a warm introduction call between you and your contractor. If you’re not a Gold subscriber, but would like this service for an additional fee, then click the box for “Warm Phone Introduction” in your match request form.
